Advisory Board

Dr. Sarah Doyle is a Developmental Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with and advocating for autistic youth, teens, and adults and their families. Sarah has extensive training in autism, developmental disabilities, child and adolescent development, and program development and evaluation, and she has worked in residential, clinical, educational, and nonprofit settings. Sarah currently works at Launchpad Counseling where she offers neurodiversity-affirming autism evaluations as well as coaching sessions to help parents and other caregivers better understand and support their children. She also consults with the Autism Society of Central Virginia (ASCV) with a particular focus on growing and strengthening their educational programming and community trainings. Sarah is passionate about learning from and empowering autistic individuals and collaborating with the local community to create meaningful opportunities for connection and engagement. She considers herself a lifelong learner, a perpetual collaborator, and a passionate advocate, and she is truly honored to be a part of the FreeHorse Arts Advisory Board!
